FAQ

If you have any specific reasonable instruction for your order, please include them in the notes option when checking out!

1. Do you ship internationally?

           Yes! I'm shipping to the US, Canada, and internationally. Shipping fees will vary depending.

2. Do you accept cancellations on preorders?

          Yes, but I'm only accepting cancellations within the shop window. Because I'm ordering based on numbers from the preorder period, cancellations after 12/14/24 will not be accepted.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

          No, all sales are final. But if you're having issues with your order, please contact me!

4. Do you handle customs and import taxes?

          No, buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. My order hasn't come yet!

           Listed products are preorder items that are going to be processed based on the amount of orders I get within the shop window (hence pre-order). I expect to ship them out during late December to January, but please be patient as this is my first time selling online. If your order has yet to come after susbtantial amount of time, please contact me!
